Subprocesadores / Subprocessors

Tenant-connected, not subprocessors. Intuit (QuickBooks Online) and Google (Google Calendar) are connected by a business at its own option and act on that business’s instructions, not on Techne’s — see §3.5 of the Data Processing Addendum.
Reached inside Stripe’s payment form, not by us. Stripe’s embedded payment form runs its own invisible anti-bot check, which loads hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) and, on hCaptcha’s behalf, Cloudflare Bot Management, inside Stripe’s own frame at the payment step of a booking. Techne engages neither of them and sends them nothing; they see only what Stripe’s fraud check collects there, under Stripe’s own agreements. They are named here for completeness because they set cookies in the customer’s browser — those cookies are listed in Privacy Policy §10. (Cloudflare also appears in the table above, in its separate capacity as Techne’s own hosting and network provider.)
Change history
- 2026-08-23 — First published list: Stripe, Supabase, Twilio, Google (Workspace), Resend, Cloudflare and Anthropic. No subprocessor was added or removed to create this page — it publishes the set already in use.
- 2026-08-29 — No subprocessor added or removed, and Annex 2 is unchanged. Added a note naming hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) and Cloudflare Bot Management, which Stripe's embedded payment form reaches inside its own frame at the payment step: Techne engages neither and sends them nothing, so neither is a subprocessor — they are named because they set cookies in the customer's browser, now itemized in Privacy Policy §10.
